Over the last twenty years, I have built a reputation as a leading UK relationship psychologist, self-help author and “agony aunt” and become a well-established and well-respected journalist and broadcaster. This has helped me develop a wealth of knowledge and expertise, along with a blend of skills and experience, much sought-after by the media (see TV/Radio. My main areas of expertise are:

I have been published as a writer constantly since the 1980s and have written six books (four are currently in print). I also have extensive experience as a campaigner.

I have been broadcasting since the mid 1970s on both radio and TV, and was trained by the BBC as a professional reporter in 1990. Since then I have broadcast regularly as a reporter, ‘expert’ and ‘agony aunt’ on radio and TV.

I am married (second time around) with a six year old daughter, and live in London. I am currently launching a Fortyplus Parents network for all parents having a first time or new child over forty.
